Fixes and Side of Mushrooms

Had to do some fixes to some of the bugs that crop up whenever I add something new, sorry for any inconvenience.  Added two new areas, one assessable in the Failed Worlds area and Atonement arc part 2 and  which I might add to it in the future. Next new area, a tower climb is the new beginning to the Natsumi-deceiving chapter.  I am still adjusting its difficulty.  Added even more mushrooms to the game, making the identifying book in Cat-killing arc more useful.
